2015 continues to be a bumper year for type design, there have been literally hundreds of quality free fonts released so far this year with fresh designs being released every week. Brush lettering continues to be popular, there’s a strong vintage influence, and happily stencil-inspired designs are making a comeback. Today, we’ve compiled a list of the 101 best free fonts that have been released, or received a major update, in the third quarter of 2015. Highlights include the charming Tombow, the striking Dapurandes, and the energetic Plume. You’ll find display type, info type, body type; some experimental typefaces are included, as well as some really solid workhorses.
